Techscope's approach to IT Service Management is based on proven standards and techniques.  The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is an internationally recognised framework for managing IT services.

Version 2 was processed based and is independent of organisational structure. The link below displays a set of high level process diagrams illustrating these generic ITIL version 2 processes. More detailed diagrams of each ITIL version 2 process are also available.
 
The diagrams are based on the IDEF process modelling method.

High level ITIL version 2 process diagrams

ITIL Version 3 is based on a generic service lifecycle from cradle to grave, including the version 2 process above plus several others.  A high level overview of the lifecycle is included at the link below:
