Businesses are constantly managing a programme of multiple, often interdependent projects.  Techscope's approach to Programme Management is based on Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) developed by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC).

MSP is processed based and is not limited to IT programmes.  The link below displays a high level process diagram illustrating the main processes. More detailed diagrams of each MSP process are also available.

The diagrams are based on the IDEF process modelling method.
